Anyone interested in seeing what's inside some of the Oil Filters on the market without having to cut them apart should take a look at this sitetech2tech.netI have had some problems with Fram filters, looking at the cut away, they don't look too good on the inside. The problems I had were with bad gaskets.

I have actually taken them apart as well and for my money I would go with orignial equipment filters for the Purolator One. ....

You can never go wrong with an OEM filter! However, Fleetguard, owned by Cummins, produces very high quality filters for the aftermarket. ....
